Atlantic Royal Gardens (completed 2004), Victoria Island, Lagos
22, luxury flats in Victoria Island. The services were designed to complement the high value of the property and included, air-conditioning, power, swimming pool etc. Full standby power capacity was also provided to supplement the public power supply. KOA provided Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services Consultancy

National Stadium Abuja
The National Stadium in Abuja was purpose built to host the 8th All African Games in 2003. KOA Consultants Ltd, then operating as ‘Kunle Ogunbayo and Associates, was appointed by Bouygues Nigeria Ltd as domestic Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Consultants for:
- Games Village Infrastructure
- Games Village Central Cafeteria, power station, water services and all other facilities except the houses
- All gaming facilities outside the main bowl, including, the indoor sports hall, gymnasium, swimming pool, basketball, squash, etc.
The services were designed to very demanding Olympic standards in a very short time frame.

Maersk Head office Lagos (Phase 2 – 2007), Victoria Island, lagos
The Maersk Head office was originally designed as a 4-storey office block to house the head office of the Danish shipping line. An additional 2 floors and a mezzanine floor were recently added. KOA were appointed as Electrical Engineers on this project

Murtala Mohammed Airport Terminal 2 (2003 – 2007), Ikeja, Lagos
This project marked the very first successful Public-Private Partnership project to be implemented in Nigeria. The terminal is designed to handle 3.2m passengers per annum and has room for future expansion. KOA was responsible for the design of the entire mechanical and electrical engineering services, including the specification of the airport-specific services.(See project Report)

NIB Head Office, Victoria Island, Lagos (2007)
The new head office of the Nigerian Intercontinental Bank, the Nigerian affiliate of the Citi group was occupied in December 2007. In keeping with Citibank’s corporate ideals, the services to designed to be as efficient as possible, using such measures as double glazing, double walling, energy efficient lighting fittings etc. The result was a building that will meet international energy standards and will enhance environmental sustainability. KOA designed the mechanical and Electrical Services.

Tinapa Business Resort, Calabar, Cross River State. (2007)
A virgin site; a grand vision. These are the materials from which legends grow. Tinapa was envisaged to be a mix of business and leisure in Calabar, Cross River state Nigeria. Starting from a virgin site, 80,000 m2 of shopping space has been provide, 240 hotel rooms, a cinema/film production centre etc have arisen. KOA was privileged to be part of his bold venture as M&E consultants, in association with Ove Arup and Partners. Botswana.

United Nations Common Properties, Abuja, (2003)
When the Federal Capital was move from Lagos to Abuja, all the international were also required to move. The UN agencies decided to build a common head office in Abuja to house all the agencies and the UNCP was formed. This building houses all the UN agencies and KOA was privileged to be appointed as the M&E Engineers for the project.
